Abstract

This chapter addresses the Communication dimension of digital competence in educational organizations. It presents the result of a literature review conducted by consulting six databases or search engines in spring 2022. The objective was to provide a picture of how research has addressed communication involving digital technologies and the phenomena or developments observed during the COVID-19 pandemic. The study highlights that communication was a real challenge during the transition to distance learning for both teachers and learners. However, little research has been done on the subject in terms of digital competence.
