Abstract

L'ostéosynthèse par DHS des FESF à Brazzaville donne des résultats majoritairement bons, notamment chez une population active et jeune. La réduction anatomique et le respect des consignes de décharge postopératoire sont des déterminants clés du succès. Ces résultats plaident pour le renforcement des capacités de prise en charge de ce traumatisme fréquent en Afrique subsaharienne.
