ICHKI ISHLAR ORGANLARI XODIMLARINING KASBIY MADANIYATI: AXLOQIY TAMOYILLAR VA MA'NAVIY YONDASHUVLAR TA'SIRI

Abstract

Huquqni muhofaza qilish faoliyati insonning kasbiy hayotining ajralmas qismi bo‘lib, u nafaqat huquqiy normalarga, balki axloqiy me’yorlarga ham asoslanadi. Ushbu faoliyat jamiyatdagi tartibni saqlash bilangina cheklanmaydi, balki shaxsiy burchni ado etish, jamiyatga xizmat qilish kabi chuqur ma’naviy mas’uliyatni ham o‘z ichiga oladi. Ichki ishlar organlari xodimi uchun kasbiy etika oddiy qonun-qoidalarga rioya qilishdan ko‘ra murakkabroq va mazmunan chuqurroq tushunchani anglatadi. Kasbiy etika xodimdan o‘z xizmat vazifalariga mas’uliyatli munosabatda bo‘lishni, adolat va halollik tamoyillariga sodiq qolishni, faoliyatini vijdon va ma’naviy qadriyatlarga muvofiq tarzda olib borishni talab etadi.
