Abstract

Bachadon bo‘yni displaziyasi (cervical intraepithelial neoplasia — CIN) ayollar orasida bachadon bo‘yni saratoni rivojlanishining asosiy bosqichi hisoblanadi. Ushbu kasallikning etiologik omili sifatida inson papillomavirusi (HPV), ayniqsa yuqori xavfli genotiplari — 16 va 18 turlari isbotlangan. Bachadon bo‘yni displaziyasini erta aniqlash reproduktiv yoshdagi ayollar salomatligini saqlashda muhim ahamiyatga ega. Hozirgi paytda HPV-testi (molekulyar aniqlash) va kolposkopiya (optik baholash) eng asosiy skrining usullari sifatida qo‘llanilmoqda. HPV-testi virus mavjudligini molekulyar darajada aniqlasa, kolposkopiya epitelial o‘zgarishlarni to‘g‘ridan-to‘g‘ri vizual baholash imkonini beradi.
