Abstract

HBeAg manfiy va HBV DNK aniqlanmagan surunkali B gepatiti bilan og‘rigan bemorlarda kasallik klinik jihatdan sokin kechayotgandek tuyulishi mumkin. Biroq, ularda jigarda fibroz yoki saraton (GSK) rivojlanishi xavfi saqlanib qoladi. Ushbu holatda qHBsAg va pgRNA kabi virus markerlarini baholash orqali bemorning haqiqiy holatini aniqlash va o‘z vaqtida davolash choralarini ko‘rish muhim hisoblanadi.
