
This article analyzes the role and significance of the 4Cs skills (critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity), recognized as key competencies of the 21st century in the modern education system. It substantiates the importance of these skills for preparing the younger generation for a successful life in the context of globalization, the rapid development of technology, and socio-economic changes. The article examines ways to integrate the 4Cs skills into the educational process, teaching methods, and changes in the assessment system. It also highlights the opportunities to enhance students’ independent thinking, problem-solving abilities, teamwork skills, and creative potential through the development of these competencies.
