Abstract

Иммунная тромбоцитопеническая пурпура (ИТП) представляет собой аутоиммунное заболевание, характеризующееся снижением количества тромбоцитов в крови и повышенной кровоточивостью. В данной работе проводится анализ клинических проявлений, лабораторных показателей и факторов риска у детей с ИТП. Цель исследования — выявление ключевых патогенетических механизмов и оценка эффективности диагностических подходов.
