El trabajo colaborativo y el desarrollo integral en la Nueva Escuela Mexicana

Abstract

El presente artículo analiza la implementación del trabajo colaborativo como una estrategia fundamental en el proceso enseñanza aprendizaje de la Nueva Escuela Mexicana (NEM). Este planteamiento reconoce que el trabajo en equipo y las dinámicas grupales potencian el desarrollo integral, la participación activa y el aprendizaje significativo en los estudiantes. El principal objetivo es describir las características del trabajo colaborativo, su impacto en la formación de habilidades socioemocionales y académicas en los alumnos, y su relación con los principios de la NEM. La metodología utilizada se basa en una revisión bibliográfica, la cual implica el análisis y síntesis de la información en un proceso de cinco etapas. Los datos obtenidos indican que el trabajo colaborativo favorece la adquisición de conocimientos, el desarrollo de habilidades sociales, la motivación y la corresponsabilidad en el aprendizaje. Se concluye que para alcanzar el éxito se requiere de planificación, evaluación y participación activa de los docentes, alumnos y comunidad educativa.

This article analyzes the implementation of collaborative work as a fundamental strategy in the teaching-learning process of the New Mexican School (NEM). This approach recognizes that teamwork and group dynamics enhance students' comprehensive development, active participation, and meaningful learning. The main objective is to describe the characteristics of collaborative work, its impact on the development of students' socio-emotional and academic skills, and its relationship to the principles of the NEM. The methodology used is based on a bibliographic review, which involves the analysis and synthesis of information in a five-stage process. The data obtained indicate that collaborative work favors the acquisition of knowledge, the development of social skills, motivation, and co-responsibility in learning. It is concluded that success requires planning, evaluation, and the active participation of teachers, students, and the educational community.
