This technical draft presents the first architectural proposal for integrating the XChronos Proof-of-Recurrence (PoR) mechanism with blockchain infrastructures. The objective is to enable certified temporal recurrences — computed off-chain through the XChronos Core — to be securely recorded on-chain, validated by oracle signatures, and used to trigger decentralized logic such as token issuance, governance actions, and recurrence-based dApp behaviors. The document introduces a three-layer architecture (XChronos Core → Oracle Layer → Blockchain Layer), a detailed oracle-based flow, diagrams, and a functional Solidity contract (XChronosPoROracle.sol). This establishes the foundation for a temporal consensus layer, where symbolic time becomes verifiable value.
