Personalised Basal Tuner (PBT) — Software Compendium This Zenodo record acts as a consolidated entry point for the software artefacts underlying the Personalised Basal Tuner (PBT) project. It does not contain code by itself; instead, it documents and links the versioned Zenodo deposits for each paper - Paper 1 pipeline: 10.5281/zenodo.17392920 - Paper 2 peaks pipeline: 10.5281/zenodo.17393514 - Paper 4 in silico evaluation: 10.5281/zenodo.17410200 For each study, please refer to the corresponding Zenodo record (and its linked GitHub release) to - Download the exact version of the code used in the paper - Inspect environment and dependency information - Reproduce the analyses and figures reported in the manuscripts When citing this family of resources as a whole (e.g., in a thesis or overview article), please use the DOI of this compendium and, where relevant, mention the individual software DOIs above.
