INVESTIGATING ARSON AND CRIMINAL VIOLATIONS OF FIRE SAFETY REGULATIONS

Abstract

В данной статье рассматривается криминалистическая методология расследования поджогов и уголовных нарушений правил пожарной безопасности. Эти правонарушения представляют собой сложную категорию преступного поведения, сочетающую в себе элементы технических знаний, преднамеренного сокрытия и разрушительного умысла. В исследовании анализируются принципы, лежащие в основе реконструкции причин пожара, идентификации источников возгорания и дифференциации случайных и преднамеренных пожаров. Также оцениваются следственные подходы к установлению виновности в случаях небрежного или преднамеренного несоблюдения правил пожарной безопасности.
