Abstract

Près de la moitié des PVVIH hospitalisées à Libreville présentaient une infection opportuniste, souvent dans un contexte d'immunosuppression sévère et de rupture de traitement, entraînant une mortalité élevée. Ces résultats soulignent la nécessité critique de renforcer les programmes de rétention dans les soins et d'initiation précoce du traitement antirétroviral au Gabon. Cet article est publié en intégralité dans le numéro Health Sciences and Disease vol 26 (12) December 2025.
