
This article analyzes the issues of rational and efficient placement of industrial production sectors in the rural areas of Uzbekistan. The establishment of industrial enterprises in rural regions and their placement in accordance with natural, labor, and transport resources are considered as key factors of economic development. The article provides proposals and recommendations for the territorial distribution of industrial sectors, taking into account existing infrastructure, raw material bases, labor resources, and environmental factors. In addition, it highlights the opportunities for developing small and medium-sized businesses, efficiently utilizing local raw materials, and increasing employment among the population.
