Abstract

Мазкур мақолада географик ва иқлим шароитлари, мамлакатимизнинг экологик хавфсизлигини таъминлаш борасида амалга оширилаётган ишлар аҳолининг ижтимоий-иқтисодий, шу жумладан қулай атроф муҳитга бўлган ҳуқуқларини таъминлаш, барқарор келажак йўлидаги мажбуриятлар ва саъй-ҳаракатлар, иқлим ўзгаришларининг инсон ҳуқуқларига кўрсатадиган салбий таъсирини юмшатишга қаратилган таклиф ва тавсиялар, айниқса Орол фожиаси оқибатларини юмшатиш, чиқиндилар муаммосини ҳал этиш, энг муҳими аҳоли саломатлигини мустаҳкамлаш каби масалалар баён қилинган.
