This study examines traditional business management practices in Indian tribal communities and their integration with modern commercial systems. Through analysis of 45 tribal communities across six states, the research reveals sophisticated indigenous management systems including sustainable resource utilization, collective decision-making, and community-based quality control. While integration with modern markets presents challenges, successful hybrid models demonstrate potential for economic empowerment while preserving cultural integrity. The study proposes frameworks combining traditional wisdom with modern business tools.
