Abstract

Ushbu maqolada rayhon (Ocimum basilicum L.) o‘simligining biologik xususiyatlari, kimyoviy tarkibi va inson salomatligi uchun foydali jihatlari haqida umumiy ma’lumotlar keltiriladi. Shuningdek, rayhon xom ashyosining barqaror saqlanish davrini uzaytirish, uning oziqaviy va aromatik xususiyatlarini saqlab qolish maqsadida qo‘llaniladigan quritish jarayonlari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda ayniqsa konvektiv havo oqimi yordamida quritish texnologiyasining afzalliklari va cheklanishlari, shuningdek infraqizil nurlar asosida amalga oshiriladigan quritish usulining samaradorlik ko‘rsatkichlari solishtirilgan holda yoritiladi. Bu ikki usulning rayhonning rangi, aromati, efir moyi miqdori va biofaol moddalari saqlanishiga ta’siri ilmiy jihatdan baholanadi. Maqolada, shuningdek, energiya sarfini kamaytirishga qaratilgan resurs tejamkor qurilmalar va zamonaviy quritish texnologiyalarining qo‘llanish imkoniyatlari haqida ham ma’lumot beriladi. Xususan, quritish jarayonida harorat va namlikni avtomatik boshqarish, issiqlik energiyasini qayta tiklash tizimlari, hamda konvektiv va infraqizil quritishning kombinatsiyalangan usullaridan foydalanishning afzalliklari ta’kidlanadi. Natijada, rayhon o‘simligini yuqori sifat ko‘rsatkichlarini saqlagan holda, minimal vaqt va kam energiya sarfi bilan quritish imkonini beruvchi texnologik yondashuvlar ilmiy asoslar bilan yoritib beriladi.
