Floor of Vital Dignity for Humans (SDV-H): Integral Proposal for Quantifying Existential Minimums within the Framework of Maxocracy

Abstract

The Floor of Vital Dignity for Humans (SDV-H) represents a conceptual and practical innovation in quantifying the existential minimums required for a dignified human life. Developed within the theoretical framework of Maxocracy, this instrument transforms abstract declarations of human rights into measurable, verifiable, and enforceable parameters. In contrast to traditional approaches limited to rhetorical proclamations, the SDV-H provides specific thresholds and measurement protocols that allow identifying, quantifying, and remedying systematic violations of human dignity. This proposal emerges from the recognition that current civilization, despite its humanitarian declarations, keeps billions of people below basic standards of dignified existence. The SDV-H is articulated as an essential component of the Vital Footprint Vector (VHV) and the temporal accounting system based on the Indexed Vital Time (TVI), providing the empirical basis for the operation of the Dynamic Oracle (OD) in the continuous optimization of collective well-being. This document includes 10 translations of the article in the following languages: English, Chinese, Hebrew, Russian, Indonesian, Arabic, Portuguese, Hindi, French, and Japanese. All versions maintain the same academic structure and technical content as the original Spanish document.
