Dataset of Callinectes sapidus Trophic Ecology in the Adriatic Sea and Chesapeake Bay

Abstract

This dataset contains the data used to investigate the trophic ecology of blue crabs (Callinectes sapidus) in the Adriatic Sea and Chesapeake Bay. Sheet 1 – ISOTOPES: δ13C and δ15N stable isotope values of blue crabs and prey. Sheet 2 – DNA_METABARCODING: raw read counts (RADq) of sequenced intestines. Sheet 3 – BIOMETRICS: biometric measurements of all sampled crabs. Sheet 4 – GCA: data used in the gut content analysis. The dataset was applied in the analyses presented in the associated manuscript.
