Abstract

This dataset was utilized in WP5: Use Cases Experimentation and Assessment Cycles within UC1: Risk Assessment, Prediction, and Forecasting during Events, as part of the EMERALDS project. It features historical parking occupancy data for public parking facilities in The Hague, including the Scheveningen area. The data is sourced from the RDW Open Data API and includes timestamps, parking facility identifiers, number of vacant spaces, total capacity, and occupancy percentages. The dataset supports EMERALDS UC1 by enabling analysis of parking utilization patterns and their correlation with crowd dynamics during events.
