Abstract

Inson huquqlari har bir shaxsning erkinligi va qadr-qimmatini himoya qiluvchi asosiy tamoyillardan biridir. Afsuski, jamiyatda shunday sabablar – jins, millat, yosh, nogironlik yoki diniy e’tiqod asosida adolatsiz munosabatlar kuzatilishi mumkin. Shu bois, inson huquqlarini hurmat qilish va diskriminatsiyaga qarshi kurashish adolatli va barqaror jamiyat sari yo’l ochadi.
