Современные механизмы государственной поддержки и координации развития среднего профессионального образования в Республике Саха (Якутия)

Abstract

В статье исследуется влияние государственной политики на развитие системы среднего профессионального образования (СПО) в условиях социально-экономической трансформации Российской Федерации. Особое внимание уделяется анализу механизмов государственной поддержки образовательных организаций, направленных на укрепление кадрового потенциала региональной экономики и обеспечение потребностей реального сектора в квалифицированных специалистах. В результате выявлены тенденции повышения эффективности СПО и определены направления совершенствования государственной политики в условиях Арктической зоны. Автор приходит к выводу о ключевой роли государства в обеспечении устойчивого кадрового развития региона.
