CoARA Spotlight Presentation: FIN-CAM

Abstract

In the first CoARA Spotlight Series, Mira Söderman (Finnish National Chapter) presented on the development of FIN-CAM (Finnish Career Assessment Matrix) based on the principles of transparency, integrity, fairness, comeptence, and diversity with an evaluation system based on six areas of a researcher's work.
