Abstract

To develop the high-tech product may reflect one region and country economy entity, so its advance degree will affect their one to be high and low path. Thereby having those goods as many as possible may reflect the competition force for one region which is going to export to oversea with enough capacity catching capital. We should carefully proceed the high-tech product investigation, judgment and determination for the sake of boosting those high-profit one to be produced as soon as possible after R & D (research &development) sample making, inquiring price etc. as we knew the high-tech ones will retrieve GDP (gross domestic product) value largely, thereby we need to maintain some eminent scientists and senior engineers for wielding their experience and know-how to push one item forwards constantly. So that the sophisticated scholar must grasp the whole tendency and details one for mastering the technology problem continuously so as to occupy the advance step and speaking right. The new auto making might enhance the many business specially mechanical and electrical business which can provide the clean dynamic &low-carbon energy for us to pursue sustainably. Like chargeable cell will play an important role in making new auto procedure whose reducing cost and increasing efficiency become determined factor to affect the auto dynamic problem. Therefore, we should carefully proceed the more advanced cell technology in laboratory &maker R &D department, research institution to prevent from emitting contamination atmosphere and make high-tech capacity and quality battery continuously.
