
Cette étude révèle des disparités significatives dans la transmission secondaire de la COVID-19 au Mali, avec un risque accru chez les femmes et dans les lieux de loisirs. Ces résultats soulignent la nécessité de stratégies de prévention ciblées pour réduire la transmission.
