Modern physics depends on many measured constants that must be added into its equations and this reliance shows a deep gap in our understanding of nature. The U Water Continuum Theory offers a different view by describing the universe as a single continuous medium defined only by density velocity and phase fields. In this approach all physical constants arise from the internal structure and motion of the medium rather than being assumed from outside. This paper presents the core ideas of the U Water model explains how known physical constants can emerge from its dynamics and shows how relativity quantum behavior and gravitation can appear as natural outcomes of fluid like processes. This work serves as an introduction to the book Aman Physics of the Universe From the Absolute One to the Origin of Everything.

| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
