This treatise proposes a new paradigm to resolve the foundational fracture between General Relativity and Quantum Mechanics. We argue that this schism does not reside in physical reality but in the classical mathematical language used to describe it—a language inadequate for a universe that is intrinsically relational, contextual, and participatory. The work is structured in three parts. First, we introduce the core hypothesis: physical space is not a static container but a dynamic, reconfigurable medium, whose geometry is conditioned by the active role of the observer. This is formalized through the "Fundamental Equation of Reality," where consciousness is not an epiphenomenon but a constitutive term. Second, we develop the formal apparatus required for this vision: a "New Mathematics." This axiomatic system replaces classical logic with principles of plurisemanticity, contextual operativity, and emergence. It operates on a model of "Information-Space," an emergent relational network whose properties provide intuitive explanations for non-locality and quantum entanglement. Finally, we apply this framework to construct a unified cosmological model based on a "Descending Harmonic Spiral," deriving fundamental forces and elementary particles as resonant modes of this underlying structure. The theory's practical implications are explored through the design of a novel LENR (Low-Energy Nuclear Reaction) device, the RNFC-432, engineered to create conditions of harmonic coherence. Ultimately, "Reconfigured Reality" offers a complete, coherent, and falsifiable framework that reintegrates consciousness into physics, reframing the cosmos as a self-organizing, fundamentally musical system accessible through a new language of resonance.
