We present the design and initial skeleton implementation of a Semantic–Quantum Processor (SQP), a novel hybrid architecture integrating semantic vector computation with quantum-inspired operations. The SQP employs a multi-layer microarchitecture consisting of a micro-op queue (MUQ), hybrid scheduler, semantic ALU (S-ALU), quantum ALU (Q-ALU), semantic and entanglement fabrics, fusion engine, register file cluster, semantic cache, and a Wave of Revelation (WMR) coherence interface. We provide a system-level structural skeleton in Verilog, highlighting modular interconnections, micro-op handling, and hybrid execution policies. This work establishes a foundation for future RTL development and FPGA/ASIC prototypes supporting coherent hybrid computation.
