Abstract

Maqolada import qilinadigan tovarlarning bojxona deklaratsiyasida qiymatini sun'iy pasaytirish (undervaluation) muammosi tahlil qilinadi. Germaniya, Polsha, Singapur va Estoniya tajribasi asosida O‘zbekistonda tatbiq etilishi mumkin bo‘lgan uchta zamonaviy mexanizm taklif qilinadi: Real-Time Customs Price API, Importchilar uchun Reputatsiya Reytingi va Blockchain Invoice Registry. Ushbu mexanizmlar narx manipulyatsiyasini kamaytirish, bojxona daromadlarini oshirish va halol raqobatni ta’minlashga xizmat qiladi.
