
La prévalence élevée du VHB chez les femmes enceintes à Kati confirme l'urgence de renforcer le dépistage prénatal systématique. L'absence de transmission verticale dans notre cohorte démontre l'efficacité des mesures prophylactiques partielles, mais la couverture vaccinale insuffisante des nouveau-nés représente une faille critique dans la chaîne de prévention.
