This publication presents a rich collection of narratives from eleven Farmer Clusters established across nine European countries as part of the FRAMEwork project. It highlights how farmers, facilitators, and communities collaborated to implement biodiversity-friendly practices, monitor ecological change, and foster knowledge exchange. Through diverse landscapes and local challenges, the clusters demonstrate the power of grassroots action in restoring farmland biodiversity and shaping sustainable agricultural futures.
