Abstract

This dataset contains fluorescence intensity, fluorescence lifetime, and spontaneous Raman data for the investigation on the accumulation of FAM- or alkyne-tagged malpinin A in C. elegans nematodes. The dataset relates to the publication: J. Am. Chem. Soc. 2024, 146, 50, 34702–34710, accessible online at https://pubs.acs.org/doi/full/10.1021/jacs.4c12989 Permission for the reuse of published material should thus be directed to the ACS. More details on the uploaded dataset can be found in the README file.
