КОМПЛЕКСНОЕ ИССЛЕДОВАНИЕ И РАЗРАБОТКА ВЫСОКОЭФФЕКТИВНЫХ КАТАЛИЗАТОРОВ НА ОСНОВЕ НЕБЛАГОРОДНЫХ МЕТАЛЛОВ ДЛЯ ЩЕЛОЧНОГО ЭЛЕКТРОЛИЗА ВОДЫ: ОТ АТОМАРНОГО МОДЕЛИРОВАНИЯ К ПРОМЫШЛЕННОЙ ВАЛИДАЦИИ

Abstract

Фундаментальное исследование, посвященное разработке высокоэффективных катализаторов на основе неблагородных металлов (Ni-Mo-Cr для катода, Co-Fe шпинели для анода) для щелочного электролиза воды. Работа сочетает методы квантово-химического моделирования (DFT) с комплексной экспериментальной валидацией. Установлены атомарные механизмы синергетических эффектов, предсказаны рекордно низкие перенапряжения и высокая стабильность каталитических систем. Продемонстрирован потенциал для снижения стоимости производимого водорода до уровня менее 5 долларов за килограмм.
