Abstract

Declaration of Original Constructs and First Formal Definitions This white paper establishes and formally declares three architectonic constructs within the RHC → SCR → CRE → RWA → ORBIT theoretical lineage: Structural Capability Resonance (SCR) – defined as the structural–dynamic mechanism through which heterogeneous human capabilities amplify one another via cross-layer coupling, rhythmic alignment, and recursive synchronization. SCR extends the broader resonance lineage from SEI (intelligence resonance) and ORBIT (organizational resonance) into the domain of human capability. Capability Resonance Engine (CRE) – introduced here for the first time as the application-level executable mechanism of SCR within the CArchE architectonic ecology. While SCR provides the structural principle of capability co-tuning, CRE operationalizes these resonance dynamics across human, organizational, and AI systems. Resonant Work Architecture (RWA) – formally defined for the first time in this white paper as the architectonic bridge between SCR/CRE and ORBIT’s meso/macro organizational design frameworks. RWA articulates the structural expression of capability resonance within work systems and establishes the foundation for generative work-system engineering in human–AI co-creation. Together, SCR, CRE, and RWA constitute the core structural–dynamic chain that enables systemic capability scaling across individuals, teams, and organizations in AI-enhanced environments. This declaration affirms the originality, conceptual boundaries, architectonic lineage, and first publication of SCR, CRE, and RWA within this document.

Executive Summary This paper formalizes Structural Capability Resonance (SCR), a mechanism describing how distinct capabilities amplify one another through structural coupling, rhythmic alignment, and recursive synchronization. SCR extends the resonance lineage within ORBIT (organizational resonance) and SEI (intelligence resonance) into the domain of human capability. SCR is a core mechanism in RHC for explaining systemic capability scaling in individuals, teams, and organizations under AI-enhanced environments. This white paper introduces, for the first time, the construct Capability Resonance Engine (CRE) as the application-level implementation mechanism of SCR within the CArchE architectonic ecology. While SCR defines the structural principle of cross-layer capability co-tuning, CRE provides the executable engine that operationalizes these resonance dynamics across human, organizational, and AI systems. RWA (Resonant Work Architecture) is formally defined for the first time in this white paper. It serves as a critical architectonic node within the RHC → SCR → CRE → ORBIT lineage for organizational engineering. RWA establishes the structural expression of capability resonance within work systems and inaugurates the field of generative work-system engineering for human–AI co-creation.
