Abstract

L'injection intra-articulaire de PRP a entraîné une amélioration fonctionnelle et antalgique significative et durable chez les patients camerounais atteints de gonarthrose, sans effet secondaire notable. Le PRP représente une option thérapeutique prometteuse et accessible pour la prise en charge de cette pathologie invalidante dans des contextes similaires.
