Biological Potential of Caesalpinia Bonducella Seeds: A Review

Abstract

Caesalpinia bonducella L. is a medicinal plant in India as a whole. It is a large prickly shrub. It is such as Ayurveda, Siddha, homeopathy, andused as an effective remedy for the treatment of many diseases. antifungal, antimalarial, lantioxidant,antipyretic, anticancer, antifertility, antiviral, and antimalarial, etc. activities of different parts of C. bonducellaplant. It can be said that C. bonducella has the potential to become the best medicine source in the future for different diseases with further research.So efforts have been made to collect, compile, and gather the details regarding the traditional use of different parts of C. bonducella on differentdiseases, chemical components from different parts, and therapeutic use of different extracts for the treatment of different diseases.
