CONFERENCIA.

Abstract

The mastery of technology directly influences teachers’ mental health, serving as an essential tool for professional performance and emotional well-being. This study analyzes how digital competence reduces work-related stress, enhances self-confidence, and promotes emotional balance in response to current educational demands. A survey was conducted with 50 elementary school teachers, revealing a positive correlation between technological proficiency and professional satisfaction. The study concludes that digital literacy functions as a protective factor against psychological exhaustion.
