ZAMONAVIY LIDERNING TOP BOSHQARUV KOʻNIKMALARI

Abstract

Maqolada liderlik va rahbarlik qoidalari, ularning nazariy asoslari va turli boshqaruv uslublari tahlil qilingan. Liderlik nazariyalari uchta asosiy yoʻnalishda koʻrib chiqilgan: “Liderlik sifatlari nazariyasi”, vaziyatga bogʻliq liderlik nazariyasi va sintetik liderlik nazariyasi. Xar bir nazariyaning asosiy gʻoyalari, afzalliklari va kamchiliklari koʻrib chiqilgan, shuningdek, lideri muayyan vaziyatda rivojlanishi va amalga oshishi jihatidan ularning ahamiyati tahlil qilingan. Maqolada rahbarlik uslublari ham muhokama qilingan: avtoritar, demokrat va liberal uslublar, ularning ijtimoiy-ruhiy va ish samaradorligiga ta'siri koʻrib chiqilgan. Shuningdek, rahbarlikning samarali sifatlari, jumladan, intellekt, mustaqil fikrlash, tashabbuskorlik, madaniyat va rejalashtirish qobiliyati hamda odamlar bilan samarali muloqot koʻnikmalari ahamiyati ta'kidlangan.
