Assembly-refined Inversion Sets

Abstract

This includes all reference inversion sets of 5 samples (HG002, HG00733, HG02818, HG03486, NA19240) used in the paper "Benchmark for simple and complex genome inversions". There are three VCF files for each sample: File Name Description *2aligners.merged.vcf Comprehensive VCF file contains both Tier 1 and Tier 2 inversions *Tier1.vcf VCF file contains only Tier 1 inversions *Tier2.vcf VCF file contains only Tier 2 inversions
