OZIQ-OVQAT SANOATIDA ISHLAB CHIQARISHNING IQTISODIY SAMARADORLIGINI OSHIRISHNING ILMIY-KONTSEPTUAL ASOSLARI

Abstract

Ushbu maqola O‘zbekiston oziq-ovqat sanoatida ishlab chiqarish mablag‘laridan samarali foydalanishni oshirishning ilmiy-konseptual asoslarini va 2023–2025-yillarda yirik korxonalarda kuzatilgan so‘nggi iqtisodiy ko‘rsatkichlarni tahlil qiladi. Tadqiqot moliyaviy va texnik indikatorlar - ishlab chiqarish xarajatlari, rentabellik, mehnat unumdorligi, resurslardan tejamkor foydalanish va fizik hajm indeksi - asosida olib borilgan. Tahlil natijalari ko‘rsatdiki, texnologik modernizatsiya va avtomatlashtirish tadbirlari, shuningdek resurslarni optimal taqsimlash orqali ishlab chiqarish samaradorligini sezilarli darajada oshirish mumkin. Masalan, 2025-yilning birinchi yarmida oziq-ovqat mahsulotlari ishlab chiqarishining fizik hajm indeksi viloyatlar kesimida 106-130% oralig‘ida o‘sdi, bu resurslardan samarali foydalanish va ishlab chiqarish jarayonlarini modernizatsiya qilish natijasini tasdiqlaydi. Moliyaviy ko‘rsatkichlar bo‘yicha ham rentabellik va foyda ko‘rsatkichlarida o‘sish kuzatilib, korxonalarda samaradorlikni oshirish bo‘yicha amalga oshirilayotgan chora-tadbirlarning amaliy samaradorligi ilmiy asosda tasdiqlanadi. Tadqiqot natijalari korxonalar boshqaruvi uchun ishlab chiqarish xarajatlarini optimallashtirish, resurslarni oqilona taqsimlash va ishlab chiqarish jarayonlarini modernizatsiya qilish bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalarni shakllantirishga xizmat qiladi.
