Feather Mathematics II: An Operator Framework Toward the Riemann Hypothesis

Feather Mathematics II: An Operator Framework Toward the Riemann Hypothesis

Abstract

v2.2 adds the Neb-er-Tcher global architecture, fully rewritten F1–F4 lemmas, expanded operator definitions, and complete appendices including the strong-limit ε–δ proof. This version is the first technically complete draft of the Feather Operator Framework. This upload presents Feather Mathematics II: The Feather Operator Framework, a complete structural program toward proving the Riemann Hypothesis (RH). The framework is grounded in a Hilbert-space operator family Ts=S1/2UsS1/2,T_s = S^{1/2} U_s S^{1/2},Ts=S1/2UsS1/2, with regularization, duality reflection, a Netjer-invariant density, and a Ma’at balance functional. The v2.2 document included here provides: A precise statement of the four “proof locks” (F1–F4). A full derivation of the determinant identity det⁡F(I−T0(s))=ξ(s),\det_F(I - T_0(s)) = \xi(s),Fdet(I−T0(s))=ξ(s), under standard operator assumptions. Strong-limit convergence and determinant continuity (Appendix D). Local prime models and trace identities matching Euler factors (Appendix B). A reflection-invariant density operator and balance functional (Appendix C). In this version, Lemmas F3 and F4 are proved rigorously; Lemmas F1 and F2 are stated in complete analytic form and supported by numerical behaviour, but not yet fully established. Accordingly, this release represents a structurally complete research program toward a full proof of RH, not a final unconditional proof. It is intended to provide a clean operator foundation, invite verification of intermediate steps, and guide the development of analytic calibrators required for F1 and F2. Files included: Feather Mathematics II: The Universal Balance and Feather Operator Framework (v2.2)
