This dissertation focuses on environmental campaigns, which aim to change public perceptions and behaviours on ecological issues. It explores the visuals, techniques, and frameworks used in these campaigns through secondary research. These factors are further explored through case studies. Then information on local species, local environmental campaigns and target audiences was gathered through interviews with local environmental organisations. This was done in an attempt to identify the most effective methods for conserving local wildlife on the Maltese islands. The result culminated in Blossoms of Heritage, a project which aims to raise awareness of threatened plant species on the Maltese islands. This also serves as both a celebration of their beauty and a call to action for preservation.
