APLICAÇÃO DO DESIGN SCIENCE RESEARCH NA INTEGRAÇÃO DE SISTEMAS DE CRM

Abstract

Organizações B2B frequentemente mantêm dois sistemas de CRM sem integração plena, o quegera duplicidades, inconsistências e lacunas de governança que prejudicam prospecção emensuração de valor. Este estudo aplica Design Science Research (DSR) para enfrentar esseproblema prático, propondo um artefato conceitual para unificação de prospects entre CRMsdistintos. O artefato combina modelo de dados unificado e fluxos de integração via REST APIs,incorporando regras de deduplicação, enriquecimento de dados e mecanismos de conformidadealinhados à LGPD. A avaliação empírica foi conduzida em cenário simulado com 10.000registros, contendo 15% de duplicidades e 20% de incompletude. Os resultados indicamelevação da completude de 77% para 91% (+14 p.p.) e redução de discrepâncias entre sistemasde 3.300 para 150 registros (≈−95%), demonstrando a plausibilidade e eficácia do artefato paramitigar fragmentação e fortalecer a governança da informação.
