Impacto de la Inteligencia artificial en la Alta Dirección

Abstract

Este informe analiza el impacto estratégico de la Inteligencia Artificial en los procesos de alta dirección y gobierno corporativo, destacando cómo estas tecnologías están transformando la toma de decisiones, los modelos de negocio y la capacidad de anticipación empresarial. El documento explica que la IA actúa como un acelerador del cambio organizacional, capaz de mejorar la productividad, optimizar la gestión de recursos, fortalecer la capacidad analítica y permitir decisiones basadas en datos más precisos y oportunos. También examina los riesgos emergentes asociados a su adopción, incluyendo sesgos algorítmicos, dependencia tecnológica, brechas de talento y desafíos éticos en la automatización del poder decisional. Además, expone cómo la IA modifica el rol tradicional de los líderes, quienes deben evolucionar hacia modelos de dirección que integren pensamiento estratégico, alfabetización digital, gobernanza responsable y comprensión profunda de los impactos sociales y económicos de estas tecnologías. El informe concluye que la adopción adecuada de la IA en la alta dirección exige marcos éticos sólidos, capacidades de supervisión, cultura organizacional adaptativa y un liderazgo capaz de equilibrar innovación, eficiencia y responsabilidad.
