Abstract

Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekiston mehnat qonunchiligida jamoa shartnomasining ahamiyati hamda uning ijtimoiy hayotdagi o‘rni tahlil qilinadi. Jamoa shartnomasi mehnat munosabatlarini tartibga soluvchi muhim huquqiy hujjat bo‘lib, ish beruvchi va xodimlar manfaatlarini muvofiqlashtirishda muhim vosita sifatida namoyon bo‘ladi. Tadqiqotda jamoa shartnomalarining ijtimoiy adolatni ta’minlash, mehnat sharoitlarini yaxshilash va ishlab chiqarish samaradorligini oshirishdagi roli yoritilgan. Shuningdek, amaldagi qonunchilik va xalqaro tajriba asosida O‘zbekistonda jamoa shartnomalari institutini yanada takomillashtirish yo‘llari taklif etilgan.
