Abstract

Ushbu maqolada talaba-qizlarning ijtimoiy faolligi va liderlik salohiyatini rivojlantirish masalalari, ularning tashkilotlardagi ishtiroki hamda rahbarlik faoliyatida duch keladigan muammolar tahlil qilinadi. Fargona davlat texnika universitet misolida ayol talabalar rahbarligidagi tashkilot faoliyati o‘rganilib, ayollarning yetakchilik uslublari, ularning kuchli tomonlari, duch keladigan to‘siqlari va bu to‘siqlarni yengish bo‘yicha samarali strategiyalar ishlab chiqiladi.
