Reproducibility materials for "CauTrigger: deciphering biological system state transitions by hierarchical causal decomposition"

Abstract

This archive contains the reproducibility materials for the CauTrigger study, including processed datasets, analysis scripts, and output files necessary to reproduce the main analyses presented in the manuscript. Each case (simulation, hESC, Norman, PBMC, T2D, ASD) is organized into a self-contained directory with the standard structure: - data/: processed datasets used in the analyses- scripts/: analysis and visualization code- output/: key results corresponding to the manuscript All raw data sources and accession numbers are documented in the manuscript and the associated analysis notebooks. This archive ensures transparent and consistent reproducibility of the main results.
