Abstract

Tadqiqot semizlik mavjud homilador ayollarda homiladorlikning kechishi, tug‘ruq jarayoni va perinatal asoratlar chastotasini klinik va statistik tahlil asosida o‘rganishga qaratilgan. 2022–2024 yillar davomida Andijon viloyat tug‘ruq muassasalarida 80 nafar homilador ayol kuzatilib, ulardan tana vazni indeksi (TVI) ≥30 bo‘lgan ayollar guruhida gestatsion gipertenziya, preeklampsiya, gestatsion diabet, makrosomiya va neonatal reanimatsiya holatlari sezilarli darajada yuqori ekanligi aniqlangan. Tadqiqot natijalari xalqaro va Rossiya olimlarining ilgari e’lon qilingan ilmiy ishlari bilan solishtirilib, yuqori darajadagi moslik aniqlangan. Tadqiqot asosida semiz homilador ayollar uchun individualizatsiyalangan akusherlik yondashuvi, multidisiplinar nazorat va tug‘ruqni rejalashtirishda xavf omillarini hisobga oluvchi klinik-amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqildi. Ushbu tavsiyalar perinatal xavflarni kamaytirish va ona-bola salomatligini yaxshilashda muhim amaliy ahamiyat kasb etadi.
