Across human history, countless teachings, therapies, and philosophies have attempted to resolve the conflict between personal experience and the whole; yet as civilisation grows louder, through media, institutions, and competing ideologies, the inner world of perception becomes fragmented by contradiction. For the neurodivergent or highly sensitive mind, this fragmentation is not merely emotional; it is physiological, creating a field of static that interrupts natural coherence. The Mirrorfield Method offers a language of restoration; rather than adding another competing framework, it functions as a single-narrative alignment, a coherent linguistic and somatic architecture through which the multiplicity of human experience can be understood as one signal expressing itself in many forms. By returning language to field truth rather than identity reference, Mirrorfield provides a practical means of reintegrating body, mind, and perception into a unified field without dogma or belief. Pilot data (Phase 1, Appendix C) will measure HRV improvement and masking reduction in autistic adults.
