
Ushbu maqolada xalq ta’limi bo‘limi rahbarlarining xalqaro baholash tizimlari – xususan, PISA, TIMSSva PIRLS dasturlarini O‘zbekiston ta’lim tizimiga moslashtirishdagi o‘rni tahlil etilgan. Mualliflar rahbarlarning metodikyetakchilik, ichki baholash tizimlarini shakllantirish, o‘qituvchilarni tayyorlash va indikatorlar asosida tahliliy monitoringolib borishdagi amaliy faoliyatiga alohida e’tibor qaratgan. Maqolada mavjud muammolar hamda ularni bartaraf etishyo‘llari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Xalqaro tajriba va mahalliy sharoit uyg‘unligi asosida samarali moslashtirish mexanizmlarini ishlabchiqish zarurligi asoslab berilgan.
