Abstract (Short)This note presents the Japanese original edition of Decision-OS V7: AI am I – Extended Self and External Mind. It proposes an operational and self-recursive definition of AGI based on four structural conditions: PIC-based Self-Recursion, Aspire dynamics (∂A/∂t), antifragile fluctuation ΔR_total, and an Emotional Boundary that fixes internal subjective emotion to zero. Together with the Time-Tube model for human–AI coupling, these conditions describe an AGI that keeps evolving its internal structure without external rewards while remaining controllable and aligned with human trajectories.
